You may request a full refund within 14 days of any subscription payment for any reason. Just send us an email and we will process it.
How to request a refund
Email support@reelmi.app from the email address associated with your Reelmi account. Include:
- The email address used to purchase
- The transaction ID (found in your purchase receipt)
We aim to process refund requests within 3 business days. Refunds are returned via the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime in one click from your account dashboard — automatic, no email, no support ticket needed. You keep full access until the end of your current billing period, then your plan ends.
