Welcome to Reelmi. These Terms govern your use of the service. By creating an account or using Reelmi, you agree to them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the service.

1. About the service & who we are

Reelmi is an AI talking-avatar video studio that runs in your browser, built for hijabi creators: you pick an avatar, type a script, choose a voice, and Reelmi renders a short vertical video (9:16 MP4) ready to download. The service includes 30 ready-made hijabi avatars from around the world, upload-your-photo avatars on paid plans, and background scenes.

The service is operated under the name Reelmi (referred to here as "Reelmi", "we", or "us"). You can reach us at hello@reelmi.app.

2. Accounts & eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Reelmi.
• You must provide accurate, up-to-date information when signing up, and you are responsible for keeping it accurate.
• You sign in with a one-time passcode sent to your email, or with your Google account. Keep your email secure — you are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Plans, credits & billing

The plans and prices in effect as of the last update of these Terms:

• Free: 3 videos, no card required.
• Reelmi Starter: $39/month — 45 credits per month.
• Reelmi Creator: $99/month — 130 credits per month, and priority support.
• Reelmi Studio: $199/month — 300 credits per month.
• Top-up credit packs: 20 credits for $15, 50 for $35, 100 for $65 — they never expire.

How credits work: 1 credit covers roughly 10 seconds of video. Plan credits reset at the start of each calendar month and unused plan credits do not roll over; top-up pack credits stay in your balance indefinitely.

Billing: All payments are processed by a secure third-party payment provider that handles VAT and other taxes and processes your payment data — Reelmi never sees your card numbers.

Price changes: We may change prices in the future. Any change applies only to future billing cycles, with advance notice to you, and is never applied retroactively to a period you have already paid for.

Fair use & “unlimited” plans: Any plan or feature we describe as “unlimited” is provided under a fair-use policy. It is meant for normal use by a single creator — not automated, bulk, resale, or account-sharing use across multiple people or brands. To keep the service fast and reliable for everyone, we may set reasonable daily or monthly ceilings, temporarily throttle rendering, or contact you if usage is far beyond typical individual use. We will make a genuine effort to notify you before limiting an account that is acting in good faith.

4. 14-day money-back guarantee & cancellation

Every paid purchase — subscriptions and credit packs — is covered by a full 14-day money-back guarantee. One email to hello@reelmi.app is all it takes; the refund is processed by our payment provider and typically settles within a few business days.

Our guarantee. On top of the standard 14-day money-back guarantee, we offer The 30-Day Guarantee: if within your first 30 days on a paid plan Reelmi hasn’t saved you real time and helped you post consistently, email hello@reelmi.app for a full refund — and every video you created stays yours to keep and post. One claim per customer, applied to your first paid month.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. Your plan benefits remain available until the end of the period you have already paid for, with no further charges.

5. Your content & rights

You own the videos you generate. On paid plans you have full commercial-use rights; free-tier videos are for personal and evaluation use.

So that we can run the service, you grant Reelmi a limited license to host, process, and transmit the content you provide (scripts, photos, voice samples), including sending it to our contracted third-party AI processing providers — solely to deliver the service to you. Reelmi never uses your content to train AI models.

Everything you upload must be your own or content you have the rights to use.

6. Acceptable use

To keep the service safe and its community trusted, the following are prohibited:

• Impersonation without consent: any photo or voice you upload must be your own, or you must hold documented consent from the person it belongs to.
• Creating content that is unlawful, hateful, or deceptive.
• Attempting to generate immodest content — Reelmi applies a clear modesty standard.

Reelmi may refuse any render request and may terminate accounts that violate these rules.

7. AI disclaimers

AI-generated content can contain visual or audio artifacts and is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that any video will achieve a specific result or suit a particular purpose. That said, any guarantee explicitly stated on our pricing page is honored exactly as written.

8. Service availability & changes

We work to keep Reelmi available at all times, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation — the service may pause for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control. We may also change features, render engines, or processing providers from time to time as we improve the service. We may update these Terms as well; we will notify you of material changes, and continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept it.

9. Liability limits

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reelmi is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability to you will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Governing law & contact

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
