1. Introduction
These Terms of Service govern your use of Reelmi ("Reelmi", "we", "us", "our") — a software-as-a-service platform that turns a chosen avatar, a script, and a selected voice into a short talking-head video using artificial intelligence. By accessing reelmi.app, creating an account, or generating a video, you confirm your acceptance of and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree with any part, please don't use the Service.
2. Agreement to These Terms
This Agreement becomes effective the first time you access Reelmi — whether by visiting the website, creating an account, or paying for a subscription. Continued use of the Service constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms, including any future updates we publish on this page.
3. Paid Plans and Features
Reelmi offers a free trial (one video within a 7-day window from sign-up), a one-time Reelmi Starter Pack (5 videos), and three paid subscription tiers — Creator, Studio, and Enterprise. Each paid tier unlocks a higher monthly video quota and additional capabilities such as photo upload, an expanded avatar library, and avatar customization. 4. Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you're unhappy with Reelmi within 14 days of your most recent payment, email support@reelmi.appand we'll refund the charge — no questions, no calls. You can also cancel your subscription at any time with one click from your account dashboard; after cancellation you'll keep full access until the end of your current billing period, then your plan ends without further charges. 5. Account Usage and Communications
By using Reelmi, you agree to receive transactional emails related to your account — sign-in codes, payment confirmations, render notifications, and security alerts. Optionally, you may receive occasional product updates that you can unsubscribe from at any time via the link in every such email. We only send what's important.
You own the videos you generate. We don't claim any rights to your finished output — keep them, post them, monetize them. By submitting any photo, script, or other content, you confirm that you hold all the rights necessary to use that content in your jurisdiction and on the platforms where you publish it. You agree not to generate content that is illegal, harmful, deceptive, defamatory, or that depicts identifiable real people without their consent.
6. Disclaimer
Reelmi is provided "as is." We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free. All express and implied warranties — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement — are excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law. This Agreement does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
AI-generated outputs (avatar visuals, voice synthesis, lip movement) are produced by third-party machine learning models. While we strive for high-quality, useful results, AI generation is imperfect: outputs may contain inaccuracies, biases, or artifacts, and we cannot inspect the datasets these models were trained on. AI voices are synthetic — you must not present them as recordings of real people. You should review every output before publishing or relying on it.
7. Warranties and Limitation of Liability
Reelmi gives no warranty, guarantee, condition, or representation as to the quality, accuracy, fitness for purpose, or non-infringement of the Service or any output produced through it. Reelmi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost or corrupted data, business interruption, or lost contracts — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, whether caused by Reelmi's negligence, the actions of our third-party processors, or otherwise. Reelmi shall not be deemed in breach of contract by reason of any delay or failure to perform when caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If Reelmi is nevertheless found liable to you for breach of this Agreement, you agree that our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim. You hereby release Reelmi from any obligations, liabilities, or claims in excess of this limit.
8. General Terms
Nothing in your use of Reelmi creates any joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship between you and us. You agree not to hold yourself out as Reelmi's representative, agent, or employee, and we will not be liable for any representation, act, or omission you make.
We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice; the current version always lives on this page with the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after we publish an update means you accept the new Terms. Payments are processed by our merchant of record.
