Terms of Service
Reelmi is a service operated by Booktidge ("Booktidge", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using Reelmi (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Reelmi is a software-as-a-service tool, operated by Booktidge, that analyzes short-form video scripts and produces a viral score, diagnostic feedback, and AI-generated rewrites. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Plans, billing, and renewals
- The Service offers a free plan with usage limits and paid plans (Pro, Agency) with expanded features.
- Paid subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
- Pricing may change. We will notify subscribers of any price change at least 14 days in advance.
- Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle.com Market Limited.
4. Refunds and cancellation
See our Refund Policy. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation stops future renewals.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the Service
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without written permission
- Submit content you do not have rights to use
6. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of scripts you submit. By submitting content, you grant Booktidge a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service. Booktidge retains all rights to the Reelmi software, branding, and underlying technology.
7. AI-generated output
Outputs generated by the Service (scores, rewrites, hooks) are produced by third-party AI models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your use case. You are responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to use any output.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Booktidge and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
Booktidge may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
