Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase. If Reelmi is not for you, you can request a refund and we will issue one.

14-day money-back guarantee

You may request a full refund within 14 days of any subscription payment for any reason. Just send us an email and we will process it.

How to request a refund

Email support@reelmi.app from the email address associated with your Reelmi account. Include:

  • The email address used to purchase
  • The Paddle transaction ID (found in your purchase receipt)

We aim to process refund requests within 3 business days. Refunds are returned via the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future renewals.
