This Privacy Policy explains how Reelmi, a service operated by Booktidge ("we", "us", "our"), collects, uses, and protects your information.
Information we collect
- Account info: email address (for authentication via magic link).
- Usage data: scripts you submit, the platform/niche you select, and the diagnostic output we generate. We retain your last 10 diagnoses so you can view your history.
- Billing info: if you purchase a paid plan, our payment processor (Paddle) collects payment details. We never see or store your full card information.
- Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) for security and rate limiting.
How we use your information
- To provide and improve the Service
- To process payments and manage subscriptions
- To authenticate your account and prevent abuse
- To respond to support requests
- To comply with legal obligations
Third-party services
We use the following processors to operate the Service:
- Supabase — authentication and database hosting (your email and diagnoses are stored here).
- Anthropic (Claude) — AI processing of your scripts. Submitted scripts are sent to Anthropic's API to generate diagnostic output. See Anthropic's privacy policy.
- Paddle — merchant of record for payment processing. See Paddle's privacy policy.
- Render — application hosting.
Data retention
We retain your account data while your account is active. We retain your last 10 diagnoses for your reference. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing us.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g., EU/UK GDPR, California CCPA), you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction or deletion
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Request data portability
- Lodge a complaint with your data protection authority

Cookies
We use a minimal set of cookies and local storage solely to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
Security
We use industry-standard measures (HTTPS, hashed credentials via Supabase Auth, signed webhooks from Paddle) to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure; if we become aware of a breach affecting your data, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law.
Children
The Service is not intended for users under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice.
